The Department of Health and Human Services ("HHS" or "Department") is proposing to revise the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs using Urine (UrMG), published in the Federal Register on October 12, 2023).
Comments are due December 28, 2026. Submit through the link above or follow the instructions in the document's ADDRESSES section. Say who you are, how the rule affects you, and what should change, with evidence. Comments are usually public, so leave out anything private.
