"FedReg Intel" is a private publishing tool used by the owner of the FedReg Intel YouTube channel (@FedRegIntel). It runs on the channel owner's own computer. It is not a public service, and no one other than the channel owner signs in to it.
What Google data the app accesses
With the channel owner's permission, the app uses the YouTube Data API with these permissions:
- Upload YouTube videos (youtube.upload), to publish episodes to the FedReg Intel channel.
- Manage the YouTube account (youtube.force-ssl), to set video titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, check whether a video is public, and post a comment with links to the official documents discussed.
The app only acts on the FedReg Intel channel's own videos. It does not read, collect or store other people's data, including viewers' comments or personal information.
How data is stored
The sign-in token Google issues is stored only on the channel owner's computer. The app has no servers or databases, and no data is sent anywhere except to Google's YouTube API to carry out the actions above.
Sharing
No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the stored token on the owner's computer also ends the app's access.
