Delaware River Basin Commission
The Commission proposes to amend its Water Code and Comprehensive Plan to require water supply systems serving the public (purveyors) to report water use by their largest customers.
Comments are due December 4, 2026. Submit through the link above or follow the instructions in the document's ADDRESSES section. Say who you are, how the rule affects you, and what should change, with evidence. Comments are usually public, so leave out anything private.
